General Information
Where: Town & Country Sports Complex and surrounding Turf fields throughout Northern Kentucky / Greater Cincinnati Area.
Hotel: Please note that all teams in need of hotel accommodations are required to stay in an approved hotel. Click (HOTEL)
Team Selection: Teams are accepted based on record in league play and tournaments. ** KSA reserves the right the refuse acceptance based on limited field availability and level of play to make the KSA Adidas Turf Classic one of the most competitive tournaments in the region at every level.

Fees:
U9-U10 = $450.00
U11-U12 = $500.00
U12 (11v11) = $600.00
U13-U14 = $600.00
U15-U18 = $650.00
Payment: Payments can be made by phone using Visa or MC 859-442-5800 (Ask for Jeremy Robertson) Payment by check must be received within 3 days. If payment is not received within 3 days your application will be voided.

Format:
U9 & U10 will play 6v6- roster size 12
U11 & U12 teams will play 8v8- roster size 14
U12 11v11 roster size 18
U13 & U14 teams will play 11v11 roster size 18
U15-U18 teams will play 11v11 roster size 22
-3 guest players can be eligible – (Rules & Regulations)
Eligibility: All teams must be in good standing in state associations.
USYSA and US Club are eligible.
Participation: All teams guaranteed 3 games; champion and finalist awards for U9-U18.
Tournament Check In: All tournament check-in information MUST be received by
Boys- Tuesday March 5th
Girls- Tuesday March 19th.

What needs to be mailed:
1.) Copy of roster (validated by your state) - 1 copy
2.) Guest player form (Only if a team has any guest players attending) - 1 copy
3.) Copy of players/coaches cards (must match roster and guest player form)
4.) Travel permit (If traveling outside of KY or Ohio South) - 1 copy
5.) Copy of Medical Release forms (every player)
6.) Liability Form (Signed by every parent on the team). Make sure every parent signs.
Please note: Player cards, rosters, medical release forms must be available at every game.
